Healthcare Institute

Support-Girona is a part of the assistance board of the Mental Health and Addictions Network, which is the highest management body of the public network in Girona and is run by the Healthcare Institute. It is also a member of the committee for complex cases in the mental health centre belonging to the aforementioned network, in which there are also representatives of the social services of the Girona City Council, the Catalan Institute of Health in Girona, the Medical Emergency System of Catalonia (SEM), Mossos d'Esquadra (the Police Force of Catalonia), the Victims’ Assistance Office of the Municipal Police of Girona, and the Reception and Social Services Centre.

It takes part in the recruitment of young people benefiting from the Youth Guarantee Programme in Catalonia, in accordance with Order TSF/115/2018 of 12 July.

The programme is financed by the Youth Employment initiative and the European Social Fund, with a co-financing of 91.89%.
