The GreenJobs4ALL project aims to foster inclusive employment opportunities for young people with disabilities in the green sector by equipping them with essential skills.
In addition, the project promotes social inclusion through a validated training package for youth workers and develops a policy recommendations strategy advocating for greater accessibility.
Throughout its implementation, innovative, sustainable and inclusive digital tools will be developed to promote equitable access for everyone, breaking down barriers and tackling discrimination in the workplace.
The main activities to be carried out are:
• On-site visits to green companies, video interviews with key labour market stakeholders, and the collection of real-life success stories of young people with disabilities.
• Creation of HUBs with a series of hybrid workshops for youth workers and young people with disabilities, as well as visits to green companies.
• Transnational mobility for youth workers in Cyprus.
• Engagement of associations and external stakeholders in the organisation of information sessions, national and European exhibitions.
The main results will be:
• Creation of a virtual PinMap and a Life Stories Map.
• A training package for young people with disabilities and a range of 3D animated game-based scenarios showcasing professions in the green sector.
Participating countries:
